We use Royal Mail or a responsible courier (depending on the value of your order) to ensure safe delivery of your goods, however, this is a third party and as such there may be occasions when your goods cannot be delivered on time due circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes, civil commotion, drought, legislation, flood, transport strikes and other incidents.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days using First class servive and deliver within 5 working days in the UK mainland only.
Please contact us if you require urgent delivery and we will arrange express delivery for a small additional cost.
Deliveries over £25 require a signature and all deliveries occur between 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday excluding UK bank holidays.
Please note that we do not deliver to a P.O box number.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.(/P>

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation, return tracking number and reason of return.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Any replacement is subjected to availability. Items will be dispatched with 7 days if in stock. However, it will take 30 days to dispatch out of stock items.
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using Royal Mail tracking delivery service.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
